SelaciaDiamonds Hold Clues to Earth Changes

Tiny diamonds are helping us to understand Earth changes and the history of our planet. According to the latest research from Carnegie Institution, diamonds are helping scientists to better understand Earth's ancient past. Safely encased in super-hard diamonds, impurities are unaltered, showing that continents started the cycle of breaking apart, drifting, and colliding about three billion years ago.

The more we understand about our past and how the planet formed, the better equipped we will be to respond to today's challenging shifts in climate.

The antidote to fear about Earth changes is understanding. You don't need to be a scientist to learn about the background of climate change. The more that you learn about the overall picture of what is happening - applying common sense and intuition - the easier it will be to find your center during these chaotic times.

In my new book, Your Guide to Earth's Pivotal Years, I discuss these topics - giving you a big-picture view of our past, how we got here, and how we can move forward in an empowered way.
