SelaciaYour Intuition and Crisis

During a time of crisis your intuition can be your best friend. When you face a stressful situation, your inner knowing can guide you in knowing what to do, what to say, and when to act.

Imagine that you are home alone late at night and your heart begins to race. No matter what you do, you can't seem to calm down. You are concerned about your physical state - not because you have had heart trouble or because heart disease runs in the family - but because you don't know why you are feeling so full of panic.

In my new book, "Your Guide to Earth's Pivotal Years," I give you numerous tools for tuning into your intuition in circumstances like this one. As an example, on the section "Tips -Tuning into Your Body," some questions helpful to ask include: "Is my condition serious enough to require immediate medical attention?" and "If professional help is warranted, where do I go?"

The answers you receive to questions like these will help you to know what to do next. Your intuitive input also will help you to be more calm. When you realize that you're not facing an emergency, your heart may stop racing too.
